What we collect
Your email address (for login and receipts), the videos you upload, the transcripts and documents generated from them, and basic usage records such as credit balance and processing status. Payment card details are handled entirely by PayFast and never reach our servers.
How we use it
Solely to provide the service: transcribing your videos, generating documents, managing your credits, and communicating with you about your account. We do not sell your personal information or use your content to train AI models.
Who processes it
We use trusted service providers to operate: Supabase (database and secure file storage), Groq (audio transcription and text generation), Netlify (hosting), and PayFast (payments). Your videos are stored in a private bucket accessible only to your account and are sent to the transcription provider only for processing.
Retention and deletion
Your documents stay in your account until you delete them. You can delete individual documents at any time. To delete your entire account and all associated data, contact us at the address below and we will action it within 30 days.
Your rights
Under POPIA you may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal information. Contact us at caelanaog@gmail.com for any privacy request or complaint. You may also lodge a complaint with the Information Regulator of South Africa.
