Terms of Service

1. The Service

LoomDocs AI converts screen-share videos into written Standard Operating Procedures using automated transcription and AI text generation. Output quality depends on the clarity of your recording and is provided as-is; you are responsible for reviewing documents before relying on them.

2. Accounts

You need an account to use the service. You are responsible for activity on your account and for keeping access to your email secure. We may suspend accounts that abuse the service, attempt to circumvent usage limits, or upload unlawful content.

3. Credits and billing

Paid plans are monthly subscriptions billed in South African Rand through PayFast. Each successful payment adds the plan's credits to your account. One credit processes one video. Credits remain available while your account is active. If processing fails, the credit is not deducted.

4. Cancellation and refunds

You may cancel your subscription at any time from your Account page. Cancellation stops all future billing. All payments are final and non-refundable, in whole or in part, including for unused credits or partial billing periods. After cancellation you keep access to your existing documents and any remaining credits, but no new credits will be added.

5. Your content

You retain ownership of videos you upload and documents generated from them. You grant us the limited right to process your videos solely to provide the service. Do not upload content you do not have the right to use, or content that is unlawful, harmful, or infringes the rights of others.

6. Limitation of liability

The service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim relating to the service is limited to the amount you paid us in the three months preceding the claim. We are not liable for indirect or consequential damages, or for decisions made in reliance on generated documents.

7. Changes

We may update these terms or pricing from time to time. Material changes will be communicated via the app or email before they take effect. Continued use after changes means you accept the updated terms.
